I reply the same business day. A custom build starts with a written plan at $1,500, and the $1,500 counts toward the build.

What the owner gets
Every request comes straight to the owner.
A customer fills the quote form on their phone, from the first question to the thank you. The owner gets an email with their name, their phone, and the job.
Carpentry, Everett WA. A real client site, recorded on a copy with a made-up customer. The email is the one the site sends.

What I build
Software a business runs on.

Estimating engines
A measurement or a few answers become a price range from the owner’s own rates, before anyone calls.

Platforms
Sites and applications served from the data center nearest the visitor, so they open fast on a phone.

Lead attribution
Every lead is stored with the visit that produced it, and the owner reads it on a private dashboard. The numbers shown are a sample.

Data products
Public records turned into a tool people can search. Washington and Oregon contractor records, in one search.
“The final result was tailored to our business model and delivered quickly as promised.”
Zach RyanGeneral contractor, Burien WA. On Google, about the site beside these words.

Questions
What a business asks first.
What does a custom build cost?
It starts with a written plan at $1,500. The plan carries a fixed price for the build, and builds start at $7,500, paid in draws. The $1,500 counts toward the build.
What is on the written plan?
What will be built and in what order, the fixed price for the build, and the dates. If something is on the plan, it is in the price. If it is not, I quote it flat before I do it.
I am a contractor. Where do I start?
At Contractor Marketing NW, the trades practice of ePageUSA, on contractormarketingnw.com/start. A Site is $1,500, a Site with Tools is $4,000, and the Lead System is $5,000 to build and $1,000 a month to run.
I already have software. Can you build on it?
Yes. A week at a time is $2,500, for a business that already has a system and wants more built on it.
Do you work outside Seattle?
Yes. The work on this site runs from Washington and Oregon to California, Illinois, Massachusetts, Iceland, and Dubai.
Can I see the work first?
Yes. Every site and platform on this site is live, and every link opens it. The work page has them all, by kind.
