ePageUSA Solutions (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates websites, AI chatbots, and related digital services on behalf of our clients. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, share, and protect personal information when you interact with websites or services built and maintained by ePageUSA Solutions.
This Policy applies to all users, visitors, and clients regardless of location. We are committed to compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and other applicable data protection laws.
By using any website or service operated by ePageUSA Solutions, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide Directly
We collect personal information that you voluntarily submit through our websites and services, including names, email addresses, phone numbers, and mailing addresses submitted through contact forms, quote request forms, or client onboarding; billing and payment information processed through our authorized payment processor(s); business information such as company name, job title, and project requirements; and any other information you choose to provide in messages, uploads, or communications with us.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you visit a website built or maintained by ePageUSA Solutions, we may automatically collect: IP address (which may be anonymized or truncated for storage), browser type and version, operating system, device type and screen resolution, referring URL and pages visited, date, time, and duration of your visit, clickstream data and interaction patterns, and language preferences.
2.3 Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies to operate our services, analyze traffic, and improve user experience.
Essential Cookies — Required for basic site functionality (session management, security, load balancing). These cannot be disabled without breaking core site features.
Analytics Cookies — Used to understand how visitors interact with the website. We may use services such as Google Analytics, which collects anonymized usage data.
Functional Cookies — Used to remember user preferences and settings (language, region, display preferences).
Marketing/Advertising Cookies — We may use these to deliver relevant advertisements or measure ad campaign performance. These are only deployed with your explicit consent where required by law.

2.4 AI Chatbot Data
If the website includes an AI-powered chatbot built by ePageUSA Solutions, the chatbot may collect the content of your chat messages, metadata such as timestamps and session identifiers, and any personal information you voluntarily share during the conversation. Chatbot conversations may be logged for quality assurance, service improvement, and training purposes. Do not submit sensitive personal information through the chatbot.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to provide, operate, and maintain websites and digital services; to process payments and manage client accounts; to respond to inquiries, support requests, and service-related communications; to analyze website usage and improve performance, design, and user experience; to detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, and security threats; to comply with legal obligations; to send service-related notices; and to send promotional communications only where you have provided explicit opt-in consent or where permitted by applicable law.
We will never sell your personal information. Period.
4. Legal Bases for Processing (GDPR)
For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, and Switzerland, we process personal data under the following legal bases:
Contract Performance — Processing necessary to fulfill our contractual obligations to clients.
Legitimate Interest — Processing necessary for our legitimate business interests, such as improving our services and securing our systems.
Consent — Processing based on your freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent.
Legal Obligation — Processing required to comply with applicable laws.
5. Third-Party Service Providers
We share personal information only with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our services. These providers are contractually obligated to use your data only for the purposes we specify and to maintain appropriate security measures.
Payment Processing — We use PayPal (and/or other authorized payment processors) to process payments and invoices. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
Hosting & Infrastructure — Websites and services are hosted on Cloudflare (Workers, Pages, and R2 storage). Client data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL database and authentication).
Analytics — We may use Google Analytics, Plausible, or similar analytics tools to collect anonymized usage statistics.
Email & Communications — We use Resend to send transactional emails and notifications.
AI & Chatbot Providers — AI chatbot functionality may involve third-party AI model providers. Chat content may be transmitted to these providers for processing.
Domain Registrars & DNS — Domain registration and DNS services are provided through third-party registrars such as Cloudflare, GoDaddy, Namecheap, or similar providers.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy. General guidelines: client account data is retained for the duration of the service relationship plus three (3) years after termination; payment and billing records are retained for seven (7) years for tax and legal compliance; website analytics data is retained in anonymized/aggregated form indefinitely; chatbot conversation logs are retained for twelve (12) months, then deleted or anonymized; and marketing contact data is retained until you withdraw consent or unsubscribe.
7. Your Rights
7.1 Rights Under GDPR (EEA, UK, Switzerland)
If you are located in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you have the following rights: the right to access your personal data and obtain a copy; the right to correct inaccurate or incomplete data; the right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”) under certain conditions; the right to restrict or object to processing; the right to data portability; the right to withdraw consent at any time; and the right to lodge a complaint with your local Data Protection Authority.
7.2 Rights Under CCPA/CPRA (California Residents)
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights: the right to know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and sell; the right to delete personal information we hold about you; the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (note: we do not sell personal information); the right to correct inaccurate personal information; the right to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information; and the right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
7.3 Exercising Your Rights
To exercise any of the rights described above, contact us at: privacy@epageusa.com with the subject line “Privacy Rights Request — [Your Name].” We will respond to verified requests within thirty (30) days.
8. Data Security
We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect personal information, including encryption of data in transit (TLS/SSL), access controls and authentication for internal systems, regular software updates and security patching, secure payment processing via PCI-DSS-compliant providers, and periodic security reviews and vulnerability assessments.
However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. International Data Transfers
If you are located outside the United States, your personal data may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. We take appropriate safeguards to ensure that such transfers comply with applicable data protection laws, including the use of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.
10. Children’s Privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of sixteen (16). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child under 16, we will take prompt steps to delete that information.
11. Do Not Track Signals
Some browsers transmit “Do Not Track” (DNT) signals. There is currently no industry standard for how websites should respond to DNT signals. Our websites may not respond to DNT signals, but you can manage your tracking preferences through cookie settings and browser controls.
12. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document and, where appropriate, provide notice through the website or by email. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
