This page covers epageusa.com. I am Arseni Filon, the engineer and owner of ePageUSA, in Seattle, Washington. I am the one who reads what you send.

1. What you send me

The start form asks for your name, your business, a cell number or an email, and what you need built. I use it to reply to you and to write your plan. It reaches me as an email, and a copy is kept in the site’s own lead log.

If you call, text, or email me, I have what you sent, the way anyone you call or write does.

2. What the site counts by itself

The site runs its own visit counter. I wrote it, and it sends nothing to an analytics company. For each visit it records the pages opened, how far each was scrolled, which buttons and links were pressed, taps on the phone number, and whether the form was started. It also records the page the visit began on, the site that linked to it, the kind of device, and the city and region as the network reports them.

• It sets no cookie.
• It does not store your IP address.
• It keeps a random number in your browser for the length of the tab, so that one visit counts as one visit.
• It keeps a small mark in your browser’s storage that says you have been here before. The mark holds nothing about you.
• The record of clicks and scrolls is deleted after 200 days.

3. The Google Ads tag

The site loads one outside script, the Google Ads tag. Google sets cookies with it to tell me which ad led to a form or a call. When you send the form or tap the phone number, the tag records that event. The email or the phone number you entered in the form may be shared with Google in hashed form, which Google uses to match the event to an ad click. The tag also tells Google which pages of this site your browser opened, and Google can use that to show my ads to people who have visited.

You can turn this off in your browser’s cookie settings or at adssettings.google.com.

4. Who else handles it

• Cloudflare serves the site and holds the lead log and the visit counts.
• Resend delivers the email that carries your form to me, and the confirmation to you if you left an email.
• Google receives the events described in section 3.

I do not sell your information, and I do not hand it to anyone else.

5. How long I keep it

What you send in the form is kept while we are talking and while I work for you. If we never work together, ask and I delete it. Invoices and plans are kept as long as tax law requires.

6. Your choices

You can ask what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email arseni@epageusa.com or call or text (206) 468-2416. I answer within two business days. This holds wherever you live, including California and the European Union.

7. Children

The site is for business owners. It is not meant for anyone under 16, and I do not knowingly collect anything from them.

8. Sites I build for clients

A site I build for a client is the client’s site, with its own privacy policy. This page does not cover it.

9. Changes to this page

When this page changes, the date at the top changes.
